Save The Monarch Butterfly

Created by D.W. on February 15, 2014

The Monarch butterfly population is the smallest it has ever been and more than 90% of their food supply has been eradicated by the use of Monsanto modified grains and vegetables and by one herbicide Roundup. Independent studies have confirmed Montsanto products are responsible. And Montsanto while not taking responsibility agrees that its products are killing the species but that species survival must be balanced with agricultural productivity.
Using the resources of your administration (EPA, Wildlife and Fisheries, or other agencies) please address this issue before the loss of one our most iconic species is a reality. In addressing the plight of the Monarch we also can hope to achieve a better balance in our approach to sustainable agricultures that do not harm our environment.
