Mohammad Sultan is an American young man jailed in a dark cell in Egypt just because he is the son of one of the political opposition and Islamic figures in Egypt, Dr. Salah Sultan who is jailed for over a year as well. Mohammad has sent an appeal to the american government through one of the CNN presenters over 2 months ago. When he was chained to the hospital bed due to his critical healthy situation he reached as a result of the hunger strike he went through over 180 days now.
