This is a petition to save the names of the bodies of water in textbook that not even the state of Virginia should change the names of the bodies of water around the Gulf coast and around Japan and Korea.
That means if this petition is written for the fact that if one state like Mississippi plans to change the name of the Gulf of Mexico to be called Gulf of America then it is protected from the name change and if various states want to change the name of the Sea of Japan or add the name East Sea is prohibited by US Federal Law that no state should ad the East Sea name or change the name of the Sea of Japan to be called East Sea to have stronger relations between the US and Japan.
