Limit "death row" residency to 15 years. If 15 yrs isn't enough time to prove innocence then they might just be guilty.
Start paying overtime to execute death row inmates. Can't be more expensive than feeding, housing, and providing medical care and exercise equipment.
More executions causes decreased prison population, no need for more prisons to be built and it might deter homicide on the streets.
