Save Navy Air Reserves. Over the last decade, the Naval Aviation Reserves have been methodically dismantled by the USN.

Created by J.A. on March 29, 2015

Dismantling of Naval Aviation Reserves makes no sense when you consider reserves are cheaper than their active counterpart. In FY 2016, the Navy will decommission its only 2 Special Operation Forces Direct Support helo squadrons. Due to skillset specialization and training years required, active duty squadrons are unable to replace them!
