The FCC has the power to protect Net Neutrality by reclassifying broadband as a telecommunications service. Doing so will give them the power to reinstate the Net Neutrality protections. Net neutrality means that everyone has equal access and equal chance to be seen.
Net Neutrality allows the free flow of ideas to shape our education. An open Internet provides one of the purest forms of democracy today, allowing everyone access to a limitless supply of uncensored information. When those invaluable avenues for education, progress, and social interaction are threatened by the government and corporations acting as gatekeepers, we must mobilize worldwide to defend the Internet as a tool for everyone to use with equal caliber.
