Bullying is in every school. The laws right now is not tough enough. It's impacts 1000 and 1000 of children a day. A lot of them get physically bullied. But cyber bullying is the worst. In my county and state I've witness it at my children's school and in public. Bullying doesn't have racial boundaries it affect everyone. Please help me change it
