In 2009 Bank of America accepted Twenty Five Billion Dollars in Federal Bailout money to help modify mortgages of suffering home owners. Of the 9 million homeowners whom are eligible for the program, only about 3% have been offered permanent modifications. Bank of America is now engaged in falsifying documents and notes to deny homeowners modifications and is illegally foreclosing on innocent homeowners. We as homeowners have to stand up for our rights and let our voices be heard, we will not stop until someone hears our cries! Save our homes modify our mortgages.
