It is clear to me that the USA was the prime mover in the International Space Station Development. With the phase out of the Space Shuttle program, we are left with no autonomous way to transport our Astronauts to/from this frontier. The current arrangement with Russian to "rent" transportation is in serious jeopardy as our foreign relations with Russia and Putin are in a grave situation. We must immediately fund development on US soil to allow access to this very valuable asset which we American taxpayers have paid for; Currenlty estimated in the $70-100 BILLION range.
