This is a petition to stop anyone from continuing to spread clouds over our skies. Everyday, the people of the world are forced to live in this miserable and depressing weather. This is not what god intended. Weather modification companies have been in business for almost 100 years and they are the people who are responsible for creating all those clouds you see when you look in the sky. Any possibility for solar energy is being annihilated because of those clouds. This petition is for President Obama and Congress to prohibit these companies from controlling the weather and give solar energy a fair chance.
