It is simple. We need to stop "fracking" and save the water. Fracking is the process gas companies use to retrieve the natural gas from the earth. It produces earthquakes, pollution of water. Allows contaminates to enter the water shed and the air.
Save the people in this country who will and do drink this water. Save the animals that drink this water.
I haven't even mentioned the air surrounding the wells where fracking occurs, it is unbreathable and causes major breathing problems for those who breath it.
