How about an Executive Order that does the following: Suspends all mortgage and rent payments for the next 2 years without penalties and suspension of all foreclosures and evictions due to failure to make payments. This would give the American people two years to get on their feet. It would also create a short term surplus in the amount of money each household has to spend each month, increasing goods demands therefore creating more jobs. It would also increase the amount of sales tax generated as well.
