Sell the hydrogen fuel to energy distributors all over the world. And sell the energy ships all over the world like Boeing sells aircraft. Less than 3000 ships could produce enough hydrogen to replace all fossil fuel burning engines and power machinery. This much hydrogen would reduce enough co2 emissions to reverse climate change.
The income from this would reverse our trade deficit. Employee 100's of thousands of workers. Make a profit in the federal government selling the hydrogen to pay our national debt, education, health care, social security, infrastructure and lower our taxes and eliminate sequestration.
