Save Postal Service (USPS) through these simple solutions

USPS is needed and can and should be saved through the following actions:
(1) Federal law needs to be passed that every private house MUST HAVE a mailbox located at street level (this will reduce time and cost of delivering mail and medical costs)
(2) Four-day work week needs to be implemented
(3) Number of supervisors needs to be brought in line with competitors like UPS/FEDEX - I imagine, number of people NOT touching the mail could be reduced by 50%.
(4) Contracted uniform provider charges outrageous costs for inferior products. Mandate competitive bidding and enforce independent reviews.
(5) Switch to electric fleet powered by own-generated SOLAR power from solar panels to be installed on all USPS rooftops
(6) Raise cost of "junk mail"
(7) Raise cost of first class mail if/as needed
