Save the Section of the Voting Rights Act that prevents states from changing laws AT WHIM!

Created by A.D. on July 16, 2013

A section of the Voting Rights Act has been removed. This section would prevent states from simply changing voting laws at whim. This means that States now have the right to make any laws in regards to voting they see fit without consultation. Some states in southern regions are going to ABUSE this and make it ultimately more difficult for minorities to vote! Do you want to virtually revert back to the days of questions like "how many bubbles are in this bar of soap?" being required for voters? If not, PLEASE sign this petition to uphold the civil right of EVERY citizen to elect the individual of THEIR choosing into office. Do not let some voices be drowned out!
