Save small business and fix income equality, cap EXECUTIVE pay!!

This petition is to get Obama to consider instead of raising minimum wage across the board and potentially hurting small business, what if we did like the Swiss have tried and cap the highest paid employees at a the company at say 20x(?) the lowest paid employee's wage? That means if someone at a certain company gets the current minimum wage(7.25/hr, $15,080/year) the highest paid employee would be capped at $301,600. That way those CEO's and big businesses used to making millions would have an incentive to raise those lowest salaries, small businesses wouldn't be destroyed by debilitating huge wage hikes and income equality would begin to correct it'self.
