Save Social Security close the loop whole that allows the money to be used for other things

I believe Social Security money issues are due to our elected officials taking from the account and spending the money on other things since the early 70's.
My petition would be to charge each and every politician (Congress, Senate, President) that has held office since this started a minimum of ten percent of there pay and or retirement until Social Security is made whole and completely solvent again.
The politicians that have allowed the damage to Social Security should help pay the money back to the people, from their pay until they as a group decide to close the loop whole that allows the money to be used in the first place, and dedicate the funds necessary to make the system whole again. Allowing the people to retire at original retirement age as promised to the people.
