Currently (2012), income above $110,100 is not taxed/assessed by the Social Security Administration for contributions to the Social Security Trust fund. Basically this exempts high wage earners (and ALL trust babies) from contributing in any meaningful manner in proportion to what they receive from society. In addition to this, make all income from all sources eligible for assessment for Social Security Contributions. This was the original intention of FDR when he instituted Social Security, and has over the years been subjected to perversion of the original intent by those who feel that they don't need to contribute anything.
