I propose that the U.S. government, by way of our capital hill representatives, stop spending billions, if not trillions, of tax payer dollars every year on foreign countries. It is clear that it is imperative for the U.S. to aid other countries in order to achieve strategic military and diplomatic objectives throughout the world. That being said it is baffling when the U.S. gives a certain country over 3.5 billion dollars so that we may hunt terrorists in said country but when we find and kill the most wanted terrorist in the world the host country threatens to revoke its invitation to the U.S. to be there because they were not notified and had not granted permission for the operation.
