The Hostess company has been an American Icon since 1930, and is at the core of, if not all, American children. Nearly 90% of our children today and of the future will be affected by this; along with most of the companies 18,500 employes who will soon add to the unemployment rate. With over half of America out of work and our national icons vanishing, can we really afford to lose Hostess; as well as Wonder, Nature's Pride, Dolly Madison, Drake's, Butternut, Home Pride, Merita, and the beloved Twinkie.
