I appeal to You as the president of state, which is one of the guarantors of territorial integrity of Ukraine. Please take real action to prevent the split of Ukraine. So should not be allowed a referendum on solving the problem of forming a sovereign state "Donetsk People's Republic" because it will again be a falsehood and hoax. Putin mentally ill person and will not stop! We need your help!
