Our Upward Bound Trio program in the state of Arkansas is loosing money and that's because our state representatives and senators don't take the time to find out why this program is important and how it has helped the students. this program is astonishingly helpful to all of the students that were accepted in. Grades have changed exponentially and are steadly improving as the school year continues. This program has changed many lifes and actually given kids, who thought that they werent going to get to go to college, the chance to make better grades and actually helped them get into college. this program gives students who have just graduated from high school a great amount of hours of college classes for free,so that it helps save their parents money since alot of them dont make very much
