Change the financial aid requirements to be more dynamic.
New regulations should only apply to classes that were paid for by financial aid. It should not drop students that are working and raising a family due to time while following schools recommended time table. Nor students that can maintain a 4.0 during a semester while receiving financial aid.
Which it currently does!
Aid should only pay for classes that the students gets a 2.0 to 3.0 or better in, that is apart of their official degree declaration. Classes should be paid for up front by financial aid and the final grade will be sent to financial aid for review. If it is a failing grade a bill will be the result and any failed classes should be paid back before continuation of any additional financial aid.
