The United States Postal Service was established by the United States Constitution and should be preserved not only for historical purposes but also as an integral part of constitutionality. The United States Postal Service is a National Treasure and should not be hindered by congressional mismanagement. The provision of funding retirement at the current accelerated rate shall be revoked and a new policy should be put in place that reflects current industry standards.
