Why are we going to scrap a $277 million ship? Why are we degrading our national security?
In 2005 Greenpeace's "Rainbow Warrior" ran aground there and they paid a $7,000 fine. Why on earth would we scrap a multi-million dollar ship, especially when we have a $16 Trillion debt?
