Remove all caps on FICA taxes and make it a flat tax, equally taxed to all income levels and sources of income.
The FICA tax has been one of the most regressive and unfair taxes in American History. It is taxed from the bottom up, with wealthy people paying a miniscule percentage of their income, while most working people pay a higher percentage of their income most of their working life.
Before any changes are made to Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security, it should first be Taxed Fairly and become a Flat Tax with no Caps.
