We all know California is in a serious drought and yet the city's still plant's planters in the middle of road ways to look pretty. Well there is a lot of wasted water there. Every tree and every flower has to be water daily. I see tons of run off daily, specially when the car in front of me goes through a puddle of water and soaks my car. We don't need plants and flowers in our road ways to look nice. Its a waste of water and TAX dollars if you ask me. So lets start there by cutting that out.
