say "No" to the Keystone XL Pipeline. Protect our earth and people. Support alternative energies, not fossil fuels.

Mr. President,
I strongly urge you to reject the Keystone XL Pipeline for several important reasons. It will destroy flora and fauna in Canada. There is a risk of damage to our country's ports and gulfs when this form of oil is refined, burned and exported. Extracting oil from tar sands is an extremely dirty process that causes carbon pollution. Our weather is already changing for the worse and the Keystone XL Pipeline will have a significant impact on our climate. Climate change is the biggest challenge of our times. We need leaders who will tackle it with courage and innovation. You have said we need to decrease our dependence on fossil fuels and increase our use of alternative forms of energy. So please Mr. President. Protect your people and our home, the earth. Say "No" to Keystone XL!
