The Keystone XL pipeline has been called the fuse to the biggest carbon bomb on the planet - the Alberta Tar Sands. The Tar Sands are dirty and destructive, and building the pipeline will do nothing to end our dependence on fossil fuels and move us to a clean, sustainable economy.
The oil from the tar sands doesn't benefit anyone except the people making money off the project.
The decision whether or not to build the pipeline is in one person's hands: President Barack Obama.
Please, Mr. President, do the right thing for the future of healthy human life on this planet. Say no to the Keystone XL Pipeline.
