Poaching of elephant and rhino has exploded across the planet. Poachers are using the legal sales for ivory as a cover for their devastating slaughter of tens of thousands of elephants each year. There is solid evidence that poaching has dramatically increased since limits on selling ivory were lifted in the mid 90s and in 2008. Force CITES to impose a total ban on on sale/transport of ivory for any country in the world including China! If something isn't done soon it will be to late.
