We want removed from the written and verbal terminology used in the workforce today all words that pertain to sexual connotations, guns and fire arms, and any words that can be referenced back to a definition meaning "dog worker(s)". Words like: Terminated, Termination, Cessation, Lay/ Laid Off, Discharged, Fired/Fire. We request these words be replaced with more appropriate representation of the matter at hand.
