Say publically that NSA intrusions are unconstitutional & illegal. Those saying otherwise violate their oaths of office

The 4th amendment is the highest law of the land. No matter what the supreme court or appointed judges say, congress may pass no law abridging that. Any law that attempts to such as the Patriot Act, NDAA 2012 or otherwise is illegal and void. Whistleblowers that show how the NSA and other agencies are violating the constitution are not criminals, are not traitors, but heroes and should be protected under whistle blower laws. Those elected officials who clearly violate their oath of office to support the Constitution by passing and upholding such clearly unconstitutional measures should be impeached immediately.
