We need countries like the USA to understand that the Common Unicorn (equum diuina) exists and is prevalent in our modern society. If we get enough signatures, the US might recognise the Common Unicorn as a living creature and the work of years will be complete. Every signature counts towards making the national animal of Scotland recognised in the USA. If Scotland can make it the national animal, you guys can at least acknowledge it exists.
