SBA and MSPB committed Fraud and violated the constitutional, civil, and human rights of Sharon Simmons!!

The Small Business Administration and the Merit Systems protection Board violated the constitutional rights and liberties of my mom, Sharon Simmons. SBA committed illegal actions against my mom without the authority or approval of the appointing officer. SBA officials violated there own rules and regulations and SOP that are set in place!! SBA brought committed fraud with the help of the Merit Systems Protection Board. Mr. Obama your campaign was based on change, but how can you change anything when you can't even change the corrupt federal government. These officials at both agencies are corrupt career criminals!! SBA officials removed my mom, who was a tenured federal employee with a letter and no action, and destroyed her official personnel records! Shame on you elected officials!
