Busing children to and from school is one of the long-standing methods of transporting children from one location to their center of education. However, rarely on these buses is the inclusion of a seatbelt for the children. Buses may be large and have a multitude of hazard lights or safety precautions to alert other drivers, but accidents happen. Regardless of who is to blame for said accident, the children aboard are still at the risk of being tossed around and injured. Making children wear seatbelts on busses may be an impossible task, but the option for extra safety should still be included. Two waist buckles should be attached to each seat, giving children the option of buckling in. If the driver is going to wear a seatbelt, why aren't the children entrusted in his/her hands.
