School districts should change the rule that concerns searches

Created by A.H. on March 07, 2013

The school districts should change the rule that reasonable suspicion is needed to conduct a search. Students have the right to be searched on the reason of probable cause, not reasonable suspicion. Change the School district rule that states,"Student property is subject to search by school officials on reasonable suspicion."
