School faculty should have the option to be Federally trained by professionals to be professional security (Voluntary).

Created by P.M. on January 16, 2013

School Faculty are our children's first line of defense and their first responders in school emergencies. Every faculty member of every Federal school will have the OPTION to be Federally trained by professionals to be professional security. The training will be voluntary and unpaid for those who want to participate. Doing so will put their motivation in the right place and won't effect any budget. They will participate in one 2-week initial training and one 8-hour training 3 times a year. All participants will have a thorough background check, psychological test, and handgun training test to become certified in order to carry a concealed weapon in our schools. All Federal schools will have and practice protocol for handling firearm emergency situations and evacuation drills.
