School Loans

Government loans should be made more clear to a young student wanting to further education the difference in pell grants and loans. I feel that a school should be prosecuted for allowing a person to unknowingly going into debt for education, other countries have Free schooling to educate for better employment. The bill that was passed to take income taxes for loans should be outlawed along with taking monies from peoples everyday living expenses just to live, along with taking property this is just wrong. These loans are never explained in full and to go after someone and ruin credit for 20 years or more is ridiculous. What happens to income tax money that is taken by 3rd parties why is there no record of payment towards a loan? Why is the interest so high. This needs to change!
