The school rule for reasonable suspicion shouldn't be changed to probable cause. If a student has illegal substances and someone supsects it then, they can't search them without a warrant. It will help protect the students from danger. If a student has something dangerous or a weapon the staff can't search that student right away and prevent the other student from getting hurt.
