School's And Change - Some schools break the rights and create there own rules, prohibiting rights for students.

Some schools take away certain rights that I feel students should have. This includes, but not limited too, the first amendment. In my school, we can not say we "dislike" a certain teacher without having a certain consequence. In some schools, you can't wear pants that are no shorter then finger tip length. Some schools say this creates a distracting learning environment. But in reality this is not the case for my school and is taking away the right of the students and there first amendment right. I feel this petition should create a law that students have 100% of there rights during school hours. During my 7th grade year I was sent to the bathroom due too the fact I was wearing a shirt that had a picture of a airsoft gun, representing I support airsoft. This takes away my 1st amend right!
