Schools needs warrant to search students

Created by T.B. on October 19, 2016

The school and the court would be in charge of this change. I don't like that fact that a school or school officials can search a student without their permission. Students have should have the same rights as teachers. If a teacher gets pulled over and they ask to search the car, do you think the teacher would say yes? I mean if they aren't hiding anything. Some students might be hiding something but if you get the warrant you should be good. The only time I think it's ok to search a student without a warrant is if there is a rumor that they have a weapon. Other then that I don't think that a student should be searched.
