Scientifically reevaluate the war on drugs. For 100 years its brought negative results. It's time for progress.

The war on drugs has been a losing battle for over 100 years. It's start came from fear and racism. The evidence for decriminalizing drugs having a positive effect on many aspects of society has been proven time and again. Portugal is one example. I am asking our leaders to create a committee of professionals to reevaluate the war on drugs and implement better policies to create positive solutions to our countries drug problem.
