We, the people, are tired of Congress. They no longer represent the will of the people. Instead, they serve lobbyists and special interests. They put more time and effort into fundraising than into actually doing their jobs. When they are at their jobs, they do worse than nothing. They create crises to force themselves to work, and then fail even at that, leaving us worse off than we were before.
If Congress had a reset button, we would be mashing that button like mad.
In signing this petition, we are saying that we demand better. Or, one election at a time, we will start pressing the button to scrap Congress and start over.
