Scrap the current police force and make a better system

The current police force system has been proven to be a joke,and a very cruel one at that. Its been proven by the FBI that civilian on civilian violence is at the lowest since the 70s, yet the police on civilian violence is at its highest. The American people are tired of this,and it needs to change. Police should A). obviously be forced to wear active body cameras,and immediately be suspended without payed leave if it is found their camera was turned off on the job. They should also immediately be suspended with payed leave if it is found they drew their gun on the job,and investigated thoroughly by a third party. This issue is not just about cops being more inclined to harm/arrest PoC but for all of our safety,the police situation has just gotten too far out of control.
