We ask that President Obama recognize the rights of the Gullah and Geechie people's culture and to a free and open beachfront from NC to FLA. and to set as a National Landmarks the following: Penn Center be declared a national monument; all Southeast sea islands and Carolina Bays in federal hands be declared National Monuments; and to expand the ACE Basin Frtiz Hollings area into a larger Natonal Park.
