We believe that the majority of gun violence in America is caused by gang violence. Our streets are overrun with the brazen criminals who use murder, threats, and intimidation to silence law abiding citizens. Furthermore, we believe that the proposed regulations on gun control will do nothing to stop the influx of illegal guns into the hands of these people. Also, we believe that our second amendment rights guarantee us to carry firearms for our protection.
Therefore, we propose that the Obama administration take steps to create a national branch of law enforcement to seek out, arrest, and prosecute gang members and impose mandatory 50 year sentences without parole for anyone involved in a gang and carrying a firearm without a permit. We also demand that our 2nd amendment be left alone.
