We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Seat Judge Garland Now

Created by C.S. on November 11, 2016

The Senate has failed in its constitutional duty to "advise and consent" in the appointment of Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court. In light of this long standing failure to hold hearings or a vote the President shall direct that Merrick Garland be seated on the court immediately. In order to prevent a constitutional crisis the existing 8 justices of the Supreme Court are asked to rule on this manner of healing the breech caused by the failure of the Senate to act. Unless rejected by a majority vote of the existing justices Merrick Garland shall be seated with the court and proceed to participate in the business of the court.
