The senate refuse to do their job as stated in the Constitution and according to their oath of office, but the Constitution does not specify a time period for "Advice and Consent". Issue an executive order to immediately seat all nominees and simultaneously direct the DOJ to block the nominations. This action should be pushed up the the current Supreme Court for a ruling that will uphold the Senate's responsibility and get them to define a "reasonable" time period in which to take action.
