The petition is to have the president and government in general follow the guidelines as set forth in the Constitution and other founding documents.
I do not see signs this is happening, though those in "elected" positions might disagree with me.
I think the president and many in government has overstepped their authority and attempted to restrict and crush those who elected them. This is true for those who didn't vote for them in the first place.
