Secession Relocation Program:
This grants government assistance to the people whom by exercising their rights as American citizens refuse to secede from the union and will not join any efforts of an American state to move away or break off from the United States but do not have the financial capabilities to relocate without financial or other assistance.
In an effort to help those with financial issues remain United States citizens and loyal citizens under the constitution of these United States in which our four fathers created for us today, we ask the current administration to in the event of an attempt to secede from the union (be it peaceful or violent) by any state, that the government provide the needed help for relocation of those wishing to remain a part of these United States.
